Sapient to Build ABS Data Store
The Market Group—a consortium of asset-backed securities investors and originators set up to oversee the formation of a European data warehouse for loan-level ABS data, as specified by the European Central Bank in April—last week announced it has chosen Sapient Global Markets to design and build the data store, to improve risk management, valuation and transparency in the ABS market.
The European DataWarehouse will accept loan-level data submitted by ABS originators, and will provide processing
