Jiway, a London-based cross-border electronic trading network, has appointed Ian McNeil to be its managing director. He will report to Per Swensson, Jiway's chief executive. Jan Tilfors, director of trading systems for the firm, and Alison Scott-Bishop, its director of market regulation, both recent appointees, will report to McNeil.
