Gary Ginter last Friday resigned from Globex Corp. for a job at Oster Communications Inc., which owns FutureSource. Ginter, who was managing director of Globex, becomes Oster's director of strategic planning and president of its board of directors.

Citing Dickens' sentiment as to the quality of times, ex- Quotron executive Lee Greenhouse has formed Quotex, "the association of Quotron ex-employees." Greenhouse has mailed invitations to join the group to former Quotron staffers of the vendor
