Athena Capital Picks SGSS for AIFMD Reporting
Reporting tool is part of full suite chosen by investment manager
Investment manager Athena Capital has chosen Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) in Luxembourg to provide a full suite of services for its alternative investment fund range.
The SGSS package includes a solution for reporting under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive, R303, which offers alternative fund managers three different modular options to produce the required regulatory reports and assists in filing them with the local regulator.
