BMO Asset Management Adds IBOR
BMO (Bank of Montreal) Asset Management has recently completed the implementation of an investment book of record (IBOR) system, according to Todd Healy, a Chicago-based vice president at the firm.
IBOR systems can be loosely defined in the industry, but generally collect market events and information from various disconnected sources into one location. IBORs provide real-time access to current positions, including orders implied and executed, as well as confirmed trades.
