Northern Trust Plans Fully Electronic Corporate Actions Lifecycle
Northern Trust is working on a global corporate actions data automation initiative to remove all paper files from its corporate actions processing, and plans to go live with a new electronic workflow platform in Q1 2011, Inside Reference Data has learned.
By implementing the electronic management and workflow system throughout the corporate actions lifecycle, which includes electronic files and control lists, Northern Trust will be able to distribute corporate actions data in electronic format
