With the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) shortly expected to ratify ISO 17442 as an ISO International Standard for legal entity identifiers (LEI), financial standards experts around the world will be looking forward to resuming normal sleeping patterns and enduring less jet lag. ISO created a dedicated LEI working group in March and will close its ballot on the resulting Draft International Standard (DIS) on December 14. If ISO 17442 receives 100% approval from ISO member
