Thomson Reuters Faces WSS, Famanet Trials
Two companies suing Thomson Reuters in New York and Cyprus have won court decisions allowing them to take their cases against the data giant to trial, alleging that prior to their merger, Thomson Financial and Reuters, respectively, broke fiduciary duties to a company in which it invested, and unlawfully terminated a reseller contract.
