EMIS Reorgs for International Focus; Preps Mobile App, New Ad-Hoc Purchasing Model

In the past, EMIS has taken a “very local” approach to its business, which has its strengths, but can also result in a lot of satellite offices “which can feel a very long way from HQ,” says EMIS chief executive Guy Dunn.
