As a result of the agreement, SpryWare gains access to potential clients in datacenters run by exchanges and third-party datacenter operators where Pico maintains a presence—including seven in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area, two each in Chicago and London, and one each in Toronto, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Sydney—as well as to datafeeds for which it had not previously built feed handlers. These include the Chicago Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange, Nasdaq OMX’s TotalView feeds
