TS-Associates Buys Correlix Assets, Scraps RaceTeam

UK-based latency monitoring technology provider TS-Associates plans to create a best-of-breed monitoring tool by combining its TipOff network monitoring appliance with the assets of fellow latency monitoring vendor Correlix, which TS-A acquired last Wednesday, July 25 for an undisclosed sum.

Correlix—which sources say has been on the market for some time—first approached TS-A last October seeking an outright sale after lower-than-expected revenues from its RaceTeam service. After a sale failed
