XPansion launched the first version of XMon in November 2014 for monitoring requests for data from Bloomberg Data License, and added support for Thomson Reuters’ DataScope Select last year (IMD, Aug. 14, 2015). The platform interfaces with clients’ systems and the data source, acting as a “middle man” to alert users if they are close to exceeding their budgeted number of data requests, or to block requests from specified user profiles to reduce unnecessary data requests.
