NYSE Hit by Multicast Data Glitch

The exchange has advised clients to use backup feeds to access OpenBook data until the issue is resolved.

In a notice sent to datafeed subscribers at 7am ET this morning, the exchange told customers that "the issue is being investigated by the appropriate teams."

However, after failing to resolve the issue, NYSE advised customers at 11:50am to use its secondary "B feed" for OpenBook Ultra and BBO multicast data for the remainder of the trading day.

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
