Thomson Reuters, Icap Ally on FX Trade Data

Thomson Reuters recently began providing a blended feed of 30-minute foreign exchange price fixings via its Eikon desktop, combining foreign exchange trade data from interdealer broker Icap's EBS spot FX, precious metals and non-deliverable forwards platform with post-trade data from the Thomson Reuters Matching service, to provide traders with a live overview of trading activity in the FX market. Previously, the 30-minute fixed rates were based only on the platform that represented the primary liquidity pool in each currency.
