Instinet Dark Pool Adopts EBBO Match Prices
Agency broker Instinet Europe has rolled out three new trade matching points—EBBO Bid, EBBO Mid and EBBO Offer—for its BlockMatch dark pool multilateral trading facility, based on its consolidated European Best Bid and Offer price feed, which it compiles using market data from the major displayed trading venues in Europe. Officials say the new data points will provide clients with a more accurate representation of the European market.
