Markit Unveils Fair Value Pricing Solution for Bonds (Q&A)
Data provider Markit announced today the launch of Markit Fair Value, an outsourced service that helps mutual funds price bonds outside of active trading hours. BST spoke with Matthew Berry, director of valuations at Markit, about how why there was a need for this service and how the vendor plans to move the product forward.
