‘Rupert’s Lab’ Reduces Integration Angst

LONDON--Reuters has opened a new integration laboratory facility in London, known affectionately as "Rupert’s Lab" because it is run by ex-Paribas IT head Rupert Brown.

The integration lab is expected to help take the angst out of integrating Reuters and other products in a trading environment. Reuters’ customers can use a simulated trading environment to test and tweak the integration of Reuters, Tibco and in-house and third- party trading systems.
