Capital Market Technology, a Berkeley, Calif.-based trading and software development house, has come up with a position management package for commodities and currencies that combines real-time data with the sorting and reporting facilities of a relational data base management system. Dubbed the Trader Support System, the package incorporates back- and front-office system characteristics in a network of Sun Microsystems Inc. workstations.
