With clients including the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade, London-based ticker plant vendor CMS WebView seemed perfectly positioned to take advantage of the low-latency race. However, the vendor was forced to change its strategy earlier this year after sales of its TDI ticker plant proved disappointing.
