CSFB Hands Off Client Reference Data
Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) is cutting the cost of reference data management by outsourcing some of its data-checking work to the offshore operation of CreditDimensions. Under the arrangement, which went into effect in December but was recently made public, the outsourced service uses data analysts from CreditDimensions, and its Bangalore partners Ebusinessware and Adsatis, to validate the core company information that CSFB holds on clients.
