SPSE partners IVRS to offer valuations
Standard & Poor's Securities Evaluations (SPSE) has formed an alliance with Independent Valuation and Risk Services (IVRS), a provider of independent valuations of derivatives, illiquid securities and other complex structures. The pair have agreed to offer valuations from each other's companies to their clients. IVRS is a subsidiary of London-based financial IT vendor Lombard Risk Management.
