The Symphony Builds

Last week Symphony previewed its plans to expand beyond chat. Even still, not much has changed in the communication space.

It would appear that it's about that time for another "chat" update. Last week Symphony Communication Services announced that it is preparing to roll out mobile app versions of its messaging platform ─ with Apple up first and Android to follow ─ but even more interestingly, the company's CEO, David Gurle, talked at a conference about how Symphony is going to expand beyond chat.

This expansion includes interactive content, the sharing of digital content beyond just chat messages, and leveraging
