Headquartered in London, Marathon Asset Management holds £52 billion in assets under management.

Equity-only Marathon will adopt the SimCorp Coric platform to improve its client communications and reporting capabilities. The implementation to replace its existing reporting system will be conducted over a two-part iteration, the first phase composed of the deployment of solution to automate the asset manager's client reporting processes, while SimCorp Coric's Web Reporter, a self-service online reporting portal, will be implemented during the second phase of the project.

"SimCorp Coric provides us with an automated, scalable and cost-effective platform to deliver a more efficient and enhanced level of client service," said Nick Hughes, COO at Marathon, in a statement. "Further to the efficiencies we will derive from automation, SimCorp Coric's Web Reporter will provide us with online client communications capabilities that will enable us to stay ahead of our clients' reporting needs."
