Axioma Adds ConceptONE's Regulatory & Risk Reporting Units to its Risk Suite

ConceptONE's fund services business is not part of the deal and will continue to operate as a separate entity.

Sebastian Ceria, chief executive officer of Axioma, tells WatersTechnology the deal will help the company to expand its risk capabilities to the back office.

In recent years Axioma has invested heavily in solutions that help buy-side firms to bridge the gap between the middle and front offices. This move will allow it to expand that coverage into the back office, he says.
