ProShares Trust Taps Citi for Regulatory Admin
Citi has been appointed by ProShares Trust, which deals in exchange-traded products, to provide regulatory administration services for ProShares' exchanged-traded funds. The firm will use Citi's Fund Governance Portal to gain streamlined access to core legal documents and manage workflow related to regulatory filings, compliance policies and procedures, and corporate governance matters, according to the bank.
